No More WIP: The 2023-2024 Interact Page is now up!
What's in Store: The Future of our Literary Magazine
Greetings art makers, art enjoyers, and everyone in between!
First things first: allow me to introduce myself. I, Michael Wei (recently recruited committee and magazine editor), will be running the Interact Page for this year! Obviously, it appears as I've taken quite a late introduction to the scene, seeing that this page has been inactive for what seems like forever... but I promise that these new changes would have been be worth the wait! (Subjectively, I suppose. At the end of the day, you can't really put a weight on enjoyment factor... but that's besides the point.)
As you might have already known about, a new edition of our Literary Magazine is right around the corner. What you might not have known about is what comes with it: with the winding down of the school year, we here at the Literary Magazine have decided to further our journey towards playing a more active role in representing our students' talents, accomplishments, and unique dedication to whichever mediums of artistic creation they desire.
Starting from the end of Spring break, we'll be implementing many never-before-seen events, opportunities for artist showcase, and windows for direct artist contribution to the Literary Magazine outside of general submissions. Along with those new revamps to our current system, you can also expect us to increase activity drastically going into not only proceeding school years to come, but also the remainder of this one; we're aiming to be more active as we've ever been within this wonderfully cultivated community.
With all that out of the way, let's get into the real meat of this passage: our interactions with the community!

Green Level Art Market: Artist Interviews!
As many of you may already know, the 2024 Green Level Art Market, starting on April 12, has already received a multitude of submissions from our artist community. However... behind each artwork is a story, and here in the Literary Magazine, we aim to dive into the minds of some of our great artistic minds!
